Asset Capitalization/Preservation Fee ($2,000)
The Asset Capitalization/Preservation Fee is $2,000 and is paid at closing on the purchase of property within Ventana Lakes. This fee is placed into the VLPOA Reserves for future use. This fee is usually paid by the buyer.
Document Handling Fee ($110)
The Document Handling Fee is $110 and is charged for the handling and processing of the paperwork regarding the sale and transferring of information from the seller to the buyer. This fee is usually paid at closing and is usually paid by the buyer. It includes Condo Certs which is all the paperwork that comes from the Association that goes to the Title Company and Accounting Company.
Disclosure Fee ($140)
The Disclosure Fee is $140 and is charged for new property Owner CC&R's, Bylaws, Community Information Book, and Community Rules. This fee is usually paid at closing and is usually paid by the buyer.
